News paper mock-ups

When I was at Arizona State University (ASU) I was required to make written news stories appealing and eye catching. It's clearly one thing to write an interesting story but to get people to read it was the challenge. These are not published stories by me. They were apart of a class assignment that required me to use an already written story and design the lay out so readers would flock to the story. I wanted to share them because I wanted to share more than words on this post. I wanted to share my design and creative techniques as well. It was on my mind because I have a lot of design work that I really didn't publish. Just thought these might help someone stuck on a simple design idea. Enjoy!
